Stop linking my stuff!!

There are people linking my blog on random websites. I was previously okay with it, but know I just want to to stop. It's very annoying.

What is with all the linking?

A couple of days ago I wrote a post about how someone linked my blog on a Russian website called "evdokimov.info". Well, someone linked my blog on yet, another website called "shareist.com". Who did it? Please tell me. If you mean trouble, please stop. If you don't mean trouble, I don't really care. If you are trying to raid this blog. No, please stop. The websites appear to be similar to Buzzfeed.

Top 10 Largest Dinosaurs Ever

10. Brachiosaurus
Brachiosaurus became infamous because of Jurassic Park. It lived in Algeria, Tanzania and Europe during the Late Jurassic period. It was 26 m long, and 9 to 12 m tall. Unlike most other sauropod dinosaurs, it's first pair of legs was bigger than the second. The Brachiosaurus appears to have it's nostrils at the very top of it's weirdly shaped head...
9. Giraffatitan
Giraffatitan, a relative of Brachiosaurus whose very similar to him and lived in the same period, was 26.8 m long and 13,5 m tall. It lived in Tanzania and was originally named as a new Brachiosaurus species, because of it's extreme similarities. The name fits it perfectly; it means "huge giraffe".
8. Supersaurus
Supersaurus' name also fits it; it has a length of 30 meters. The animal lived in the Late Jurassic (AGAIN), in what's now North America. Supersaurus' exact height is unknown, but it would've probably reached a minimally four story building.
7. Xinjiagntitan
Xinjiangtitan lived in China (obviously) during the Late Jurassic (when is this going to end ?). It's 30 to 32 m long, and was a close relative of Mamenchisaurus, the dino with the longest neck...
6. Sauroposeidon
Sauroposeidon is the second tallest dino known, with 18 m height. It's 28 to 34 m long. It was once considered the very biggest terrestial animal of all time. It's name is fitting. Very fitting. It means "earthquake god lizard". It's taller than a six story building.
5. Ultrasaurus
This dinosaur is very dubious, but still. It's total heigth of 30 m would make it the tallest land animal, and it's length has been estimated at something between 28 and 35 m. It's as high as an eight story
building !
4. Argentinosaurus
Once considered the largest of the largest, Argentinosaurus' length has been estimated at 35-38 m. It lived in Argentina during the Late Cretaceous. A dubious skeleton could mean it could reach up to 40 m. If so, it would be number 3 on this list, but no one knows for sure.
3. Turiasaurus
The largest dinosaur ever from Europe, Turiasaurus' length has been estimated at 39 meters. It was found in Spain and lived '''right''' in between the Jurassic and Cretaceous. If the claim of Argentinosaurus' 40 m is true, they would swap places.
2. Seismosaurus
The name, "earth tremor reptile", is perfectly chosen. It is 38 to 52 meters long. That's as long as a soccer field. It lived in the Jurassic (...) of the United States.

1. Amphicoelias

The largest dinosaur and animal ever, Amphicoelias lived in the US and was 40 to 60 and even maximally 70 (!) meters. It weighted around 120-150 tonnes. Sadly, most of it's remains became lost.

Extra: Alamosaurus

The second largest dinosaur of North America (supposedly), Alamosaurus' length was presumably in between 24 and 40 meters long. It was one of the only sauropods to live until the Cretaceous-Tertiary extinction event 65 mya.

Who linked my blog?

I was looking at the analytics of my blog. I found out that one of the top traffic sources was from a Russian (not sure if it was Russian, it was written in Cyrillic, so it could be Russian, Ukrainian, Serbian (I'm pretty sure there is another Cyrillic language)) website called evdokimov.info. Who linked it? (I'm not mad, unless you are trying to spread hate or raid it).

Minecrafters that DDoS

Have you ever heard/experienced an angry guy on a Minecraft server? Then later he DDOSES THE SERVER! If you don't know what a "DDoS" attack is, it is when a website or any kind of server is flooded with requests, causing it to crash. DDoSing is when multiple IP (Internet protocol) addressed are used for the attack.

DDoSing is considered a felony in many countries, in the US, the penalty can be years of arrest. If it is in the European Union, the minimum penalty is arrest.

Since Minecraft servers are, well, servers. They can be DDoSed. Also, like other DDoS attacks, it is illegal. Unfortunately, I doubt that the police will arrest someone for shutting down a Minecraft server. I have heard rumours on the Minecraft Forums that a person who lived in Canada that DDoSed a Minecraft server had their computer confiscated for 2 years by the authorities.

YouTuber LeafyIsHere had a Minecraft ParaPvP server that apparently got DDoSed by an unsatisfied player.

If someone DDoSes a Minecraft server. It can make players not want to go to the server, it can make it hard to put the server back up. It should, end up in arrest for the person who DDoSes the server.

I have a question for you: Should Minecraft server DDoSes be treated the same as normal ones? Vote here!

How to change a folder's icon on Windows

Hi, it's me Angry. This is my first post. It's about computers. This post should tell you how to change a file icon on Windows.

  1. Right click the file in question
  2. Click "Properties"
  3. Go to "Customize"
  4. A window with a list of icons to pick from should pop up. Click one and I think you know the rest

I know, someone in the comments is gonna be like. 'Angry that list is medium sized, what if I want to make my own icon?' Simple, in the Customize tab. There is another button that allows you to change it to a picture on your computer.

There are other methods. You can get a program you can create icons with. One I used to use was called Falcon Icon Maker or something like that. The program is free, I am not sure if it is still up, but  meh.

Another method is to look for .dll files. Just. I'm gonna let you find out about them.

NOTE: If the folder your changing the icon of is a shortcut, it will display different icon-changing options.

So that was today's blog. I will post here whenever I can because why not.
